(1) 35-50 years old, real estate, financial or related management specialty, bachelor degree or above;
(2) 5 or more years large groups of work experience in the same position to understand the operation of private enterprises, or financing of real estate development, market, capital has considerable experience in the operation;
(3) Familiar with the business fully operational, the internal business processes and the formulation and implementation of corporate internal control management system;
(4) Possess strong organization and coordination, management and innovation ability, keen insight and ability to cope with the work ,to be capable of sustaining greater pressure;
