Job Description:
(1) Responsible for daily management of shopping centers, operations, design the development of business strategy;
(2) Be responsible for good communication with customers and maintain relationships with customers;
(3) Implement of the company's financial system, set down store budget for the operating costs monthly;
(4) Coordinate the relationship between shop-owners and the relevant departments of shopping malls;
(5) Possess the work capacity of team-building, guidance, training, development of their subordinates.
Qualifications:
(1) Related to professional qualifications of junior college or above;
(2) More than3 years working experience in operations management;
(3) Possess strong communication skills and coordination capacity for exterior;
(4) Has a strong capacity for data collection and analysis, can withstand great pressure and intensity of work. |
